Jim Miekka, the man who defined the "Hindenburg Omen", died yesterday in an accident.
Even stranger...he was hit by a man with the name of Elliott. An amazing human being...he will be missed. Very sad indeed. I had of course heard of him for years due to his work on the HO, but I had no idea what a remarkable person he truly was. May he RIP.
