Maybe not a huge issue, but on your NYA chart above it looks like you have the closing price at the end of September around 9850. Yet on stockcharts it's right at 9600. Might want to check out the discrepancy. Not sure who is right.

Hi Paul

Just rechecked SC and they have the weekly close of the NYA at 9857.25 on Friday, 9/25. It did hit 9601.42 the following Monday, September 28th before rebounding again on following Friday to 9973.56.

Thanks for watching my back!

Ah, its a weekly chart, which is clearly labeled on the chart. lol. I was looking at it as a daily
chart, hence the confusion. Now it makes sense. My bad, sorry for my mistake.

Dave,
Any importance to the S&P Mcclellan Summation index breaking below the October 2014 low.
I seem to remember some higher targets you had that would be cancelled in this happened?

Sorry for the delayed response.

Yes...any break of the October lows in the SPX breadth MCSUM would indicate that the trend has turned from up to down on a intermediate term basis and that the first downside price target would be 1735.
